do I make a reservation? The easiest way is to book right online! Our website is encrypted using the latest technology so your personal information is secure. However, if you are uncomfortable with internet security, please feel free to call us directly at 1-866-VILLA-22 or send us an email at: reservations@vacationvillasoforlando.com How do I pay for my rental? We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders and credit cards all paid 60 days in advance. Where do I check in? You will receive a complete package of details including a map, property address and additional contact numbers upon full payment. Our local management company is located just off Highway 192. You will need to make arrangements to pick up and return the house key at that location. Is the home I see on the Internet the one I get? Yes. Unlike other companies in the area, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. We believe that this is the only way you will be happy with your accommodation. Are the pools heated? Yes, all of the pools in our private homes can be heated at an additional charge with a three day minimum. You will receive a pool heat addendum with your confirmation package. Depending upon the time of year you are visiting, pool heat may not be necessary. Do you allow pets? Although we at Vacation Villas are all pet lovers, we cannot allow pets in any of our homes. Do you offer group rates and/or extended stay discounts? Yes we do. Please ask for further details when you contact us to make your reservation. How close are the homes to Disney World? Every home that we manage is approximately a 15 minute drive or less to Disney property! Is there shopping nearby? Yes, there are grocery stores, drug stores and many restaurants on Highway 192, which is just a short drive from all of our homes. Is there air conditioning and heat in all the homes? Yes, all of our homes have central air conditioning and heat as well as ceiling fans to help circulate the air. Does each home have a fully equipped kitchen? Yes, every home has a full kitchen including cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, stove oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Are linens and towels provided? Yes, linens and towels are provided in each home with an extra change for each bed. Are the homes cleaned daily? No, the home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request a mid-stay clean at an additional charge. Are there cleaning supplies? We do not leave any chemicals in the home. However there is a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, dustpan, dishwasher, iron and ironing board in the home, as well as starter soap, shampoo and paper products. You will be responsible for your other needs thereafter. There are grocery stores, drug stores and convenience stores within minutes of all of our homes. Are the homes non-smoking? Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the home only. What will we be responsible for when we check out? All you will need to do is put your trash in the trash container and place the container at the curb. Then, simply lock all doors and windows, turn on the house alarm, and return your keys to our local management company that is located just minutes away on highway 192." What if I have to cancel? Advance deposits will be refunded in full, less a $150 administrative fee, if we receive written notice of termination at least 60 days before arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival and we are able to re-rent the property under the same terms and conditions, we will refund your deposit, less the $150 administrative fee. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date and we are unable to rent the property, the advance deposit will be retained in full. We realize unforeseen problems arise and are willing to work with each individual so please feel free to contact us immediately should you have an emergency.
