Three night minimum stay required.Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged $95 for housekeeping. Pool heat is $175 per week with a $75 minimum charge Rates do not include 12% Florida resort tax. Holiday weeks require a five night minimum stay. Mid-stay cleans are available for $95 at anytime during your stay.
